every single ashe i play with buys this item. they don't know how ashe's passive works. stormrazor doesnt work on ashe. her crits dont do bonus damage, they increase the strength of frost shot's slow. please, just disable the item for ashe. there's no reason for it to be purchasable for her, when it doesnt work on her.
I have a friend who builds this first specifically for the extra slow strength. Not the best start IMHO, but not bad... people can build whatever they want lol. Just be glad they're not first buying Luden's or Thornmail or some shit.
Stormrazor actually isn't too terrible. It means first hit is enhanced slow, plus the MS is really nice on you since you're in the lowest tier of MS (ignoring unmounted Kled, because it's not his default state).
Stormrazor just makes Ashe outright amazing at kiting with a single item, and isn't a terrible buy. BorK is probably better, but there are worse items to rush on her.
