things i thought of that would be kinda cool buffs to see on sion

I got bored and started thinking of things i could do better with sion. That quickly turned into what i would like to see buffed on him. no idea how many of these ideas are actually could actually be impactful, or what could just be flat out broken but here we go.

Passive ideas: since death surge is the only ability you get while in passive, and you can only cast it once i feel it should be more impactful. Like for example sion get a massive amount of slow resistance and tenacity when its active. Another thing that could be cool is that while in passive he gets double the health he would normally get by killing minions and champs, but assist would not get the bonus would just provide the normal about of hp.

W ideas: getting bonus health is cool and all but the shield itself feels pretty weak too me late game. So i thought maybe as you start getting really high amount of stacks like say 700 or 800 an upgrade for the shield to get either a larger flat amount of damage it can absorb or maybe provide like 10% damage reduction. And speaking of an upgrade system maybe if you hit say like 600 or higher stacks for about say the first 2 to 3 seconds of being in his passive he has like an empowered AA that stuns for like 0.5 seconds? maby some other stuff like bonus damage or something.
