rengar jg

ive recently started playing a lot of rengar in the jungle, and i was wondering which jungle item is the best on him, because he struggles in the jungle and a trailblazer helps him in the jungle and keeps him sustained, but i also heard the stalker's blade and skirmisher's sabre are also great items on rengar, i dont know which one to build because the jungle destroys his health. so which jungling item is best for rengar atm. thanks
