Let's bring back the surge summoner spell

But a little different, instead of adding stats (which is unfair because carries get more out of it than tanks or supporters) it can just convert your damage output to true damage for the duration, say 6 seconds? We can call it "Surge" and it can have the same icon just a different TO OLTIP

OH GOD, I LOVED SURGE A bit of extra stats, some attack speed, and it makes your model a bit bigger, which was cute!

I wonder why you're getting downvote--- oh, you want more true damage.
