How is your poor win rate evidence? "Not even tanky" are you even main? His clear is op, he is opressive vs almost every melee champ, he can put out so much pressure even when 0/8, his E potencial in teamfight is huge, lvl 6 power spike is op, he is tanky while doing tons of dmg. He might fall of in late but you still have your E. You should give this name to more skilled NA Singed....
