Now Singed is even more weaker than before, it makes no sense. Singed is a close combat champ, it has NO RANGE ABILITIES THAT SINGED CAN BENEFIT FROM.IT CANT FIGHT AGAINST ANY POKERS. Even if u don't fight pokers you don't win against other champs 1 vs 1 , close combat. At this rate buff singed, or all singed player quit League.

Singed needs a rework not buffs until he should be bad like he takes 0 skill and no one likes laning vs him.
Singed is more of a "You can't catch me so eat my gas" champ; he doesn't fight but rather forces fools into stupid chases where they die due to his reckless pollution.
Ok, give him some sort of ranged ability poking.
As compensation, his base Armor & MR gets nerfed by 10, and the bonus Movement speed from his ult removed.
