Nerfing Singed was a BAD IDEA

Hi,

I would like to mention that the current "Simple Nerf" on Singed was the worst idea I ever seen. Hear me out first before concluding this is just another crying post.

Singed does not have any gap closers by the time Singed can get close enough to do damage he already taken 2-3 hits at least, most of his health has been taken away. Singed also has a really hard to achieve CC effect "the root" from the W and FLIP, at least give Singed's W (The toxic pool) some damage effect if they are on top of it instead of just slow or with a flip a root. Lots of top laners now a days are either a poke champion or a off tank champ like Riven, Renekton,Omnn, Maokai as you see they got GAP CLOSER AND REAL LETHAL CROWD CONTROL even if they are not ranged. Now if you look at all the RANGED top laners, just poking Singed out, 2-3 times (min 30 -60% of Singed health gone) before Singed reaches to them. That is not BALANCED.

Thank you for hearing me out I hope Riot make some reasonable changes to Singed, rework the W would be good. Another idea make the poison radius bigger , because in order to bleed the target your poison need to be RIGHT NEXT TO THEM.

Singed was already falling out of favor a little bit before the nerfs. Still super strong at that time though. Now I haven't even tried playing him since he got nerfed.

He is in a terrible spot when he is placed in a bad matchup. Like if you have to lane against Teemo or Vayne top.... When Singed gets hard countered, he is one of the worst champions in the game. He isn't even as strong as the targeting dummies in the practice tool.

But if he isn't hard countered, he can be a menace no matter what. If it is a even lane, he will likely out perform anyway because he can shove the lane and roam top side enemy jungle and mid lane. If it is a lane where Singed counters the opponent, Singed is completely busted. He can get kills AND do all of his usual roaming.

I don't know how you can really balance him right now. You definitely can't give him a ranged damage ability in his current state. Maybe if he got reworked and got a ranged damaging ability, then he could feel more fair and not COMPLETELY USELESS vs ranged champions in lane. Even then... You can hardly rework any part of his kit without stripping him of his core play style/identity.

Do you just build him full AP without any defense or what?

Have you literally not heard about item 3800 and item 3742 ?
