is obviously an answer, but she got nerfed and is expeccting more nerfs in the future so I'm not sure. is good but scales poorly, on the other hand is (imo) the most powerful adc right now.

She's frankly not. She doesn't scale poorly, but she isn't nearly as good late game as Twitch or Vayne.

Jhin is still the best, scales too well even with an early game build, Rito doesn't seem to care tho.

yea let him have a full arm pen build dont need as or crit and have the longest range on the game of all adcs lol and not a 1 shot ult a 4 shot ult like Xerath that is stronger as the last one hits you

the only problem jhin has is his mobility. So if a Rengar sees him he doesnt have enough time to say "God NO!" before hes dead.

yes i agree. but with his range he should never get caught lol .... i just hate facing him as an adc... you can be pushing him around and winning lane go for an all in to kill him he escapes with flash heal and after the fight is over... his summoners are down... he stands at his turret and ults you as you retreat to back and he gets kills and you cant do shit about it for the most part cuz like i said you jsut all in him

are you drunk, ashe inst super strong right now, shes good but shes dropped, jinx and jhin are incredibly strong right now and jinx scales like a beast. use mini gun in teamfights once you get ie runnans and bt you wont lose

im all alone here as an ADC main, but i favor Lucian personally. My highest mastery for ADC is Jhin, who i like, but in the current assassin meta mobility is a must have. That is why unless i have a super good peel support like a leona or a thresh, i prefer more mobile ADC champs. I play alot of Lucian and Ez over other ADC champs.
