Gunblade really can't go wrong on anybody: It's hybrid, has omnivamp, and a 324 damage active on 30s cooldown (80 AP added to its 30% AP scaling makes it more than just 300 base damage).

What do you think?

Yeah it's pretty dumb on anyone with burst single target damage.

Depends if 150 extra damage on the active compared to live is enough to put it over the top. Is it considerably strong right now?

It is definitely pretty powerful. Quite a few champions are candidates to abuse it.

For example Cancerina Katarina , with the active allowing her to burst an initial target fairly reliably. On PBE, I bursted a Sivir (Sivir bot, but still) with just Q, Gunblade active and an auto (and a Thunderlord's proc, obviously). While having just Gunblade, Abyssal and Sorc boots.

shouldn't the damage scale per level. I mean you rush this item. and you nuke someone with 300+ damage. is riot crazy? this does more damage than half the ults in this game at rank 1.
