Akali is almost permabanned atm in high elo, mind you this was BEFORE THE LAST PATCH buffs.
The only ppl that still think akali was trash tier are silvers.

Asayake 5150glow2 votesHer problem is having basically no counterplay to her damage, as in no skillshots or missable anything (unless you flash her E, but that's like 1/8 of her damage, and that still requires flash or something).
Kassadin needs changes too, his E can't really be dodged either, and if you don't use your abilities (don't let him charge it), well how the hell are you gonna save yourself from getting DPS'd by R+Q+W?

Not only does it have moderate range, Kassadin is also melee. The rest of his kit has even less range, and since I'm assuming he gets to use it (which if he doesn't, he's useless), Kass would definitely hit his E.
