Unless janna is running with a kalista to save her with every ult she is a useless support in lane. Then again that is my experiencing.

Janna is far from useless. She can shield herself and use her AAs for some pretty good harass in lane, and more importantly, she can completely protect her ADC from ganks and other such engages. She's a perfect pairing with late game ADCs such as Vayne, and does well with ADCs that rely heavily on peel (e.g. Ashe, Draven, MF, Sivir).

90% just feed 9% huge tower and get zoned out 1% are immortal with kalista.

I play zyra support and any janna support or there adc usually die trying to do anything with a janna support. Like i said it is my experience

Well it's probably because of your low Elo - you're getting Janna players who have no idea what they're doing. Bad Janna players are useless, that's true. If you do know how to play Janna, though, she's completely broken.

I met a Janna player yesterday. She had ~70 games, and a 73% winrate. That's insane, and she showed me why she had it - she completely controlled the game all by herself, as support.

This is in plat as well. Unless they have a kalista ADC its a free lane bot.

Anything higher then plat 4 then i have no idea

I find Janna fun, but after one/two games I'm like "I'm done with this," and go Leona. I like her initiative/aggressive playstyle, Janna is... eh.

Different strokes for different folks.

I actually get bored Leona's style a lot faster than Janna's. Currently I use Soraka the most.

It might be because I like healers; making assassins rage is blissful :)
