Maokai Only the new ult, Sapling bombs either scrapped or their description was vague. Guessing new ult isn't hard with such big update so 0 points.

Zac > Stretching Strikes is undergoing a big change: we’ve added an ‘s’ to the end of it. First, Zac throws out a blob hand that sticks onto the first enemy he hits. Once he latches onto something, his next basic attack becomes equally sticky, and he’ll use his noodly appendages to slam both targets into each other.

Okay.

> Let’s Bounce! is also getting a facelift. On cast, Zac flattens himself into a puddle and has the option to charge up for a few seconds. If he lets go without charging, he’ll bounce in place and knock back nearby enemies, similar to what happens today. If he stays in puddle form for at least a second, however, things change drastically. On release, Zac scoops up every enemy on top of him and schlepps ‘em all over to a target location.

OKAY.

It seems the leak really has some validity. While Riot is usually sad when things like these become known before their official release, I think this can make slight expectations that will hopefully feed the hype rather than destroy it.

If you want to fuel the hype, you could go extremely vague with the champs getting the skins. I don't know about you, but even hearing that Cosmic Reiver, Star Guardian, and Dark Star are getting expansions would get people hyped, without ruining the surprise reveal that Rioter's have planned as far as who will be getting them. Like how it was "the Harpy and the Phoenix" which gave the general idea of the champs, but left out so much detail that the reveal was even more hyped.

Rework things can't be that vague, as it would do nothing due to us already knowing who is being reworked.
