you don't get notifications for leaverbuster. they're instantly given low priority queue, whether or not you report. the afk report is only there to make you feel better about the loss.

through extensive testing of leaverbuster in bot games, i've come to these conclusions: • moving is not enough to keep leaverbuster from flagging you • you must be moving, using abilities, and killing units OR interacting with champions to not be flagged

riot updated leaverbuster some time last year to be more strict while also having 0 false positives.. i used to level accounts by going afk next to gromp with heim turrets shooting over the wall. but they fixed that.

i have tried leaving a macro to: kill gromp every time he spawns, spam ezreal q on dragon, killing scuttle whenever it spawns... nothing keeps me from being flagged other than attack-moving down mid. even then, it might be possible for the new players to somehow lose the game. i've had to actually manually level accounts..
