can you get kills WITHOUT ignite?

i don't mean, if you are already fed. i mean, before you are fed. in a solo lane. not as adc either, adc is easy. you just have support cc them, and all you gotta do is auto. You don't EVEN need ANY summoner's spells. but anyways, i notice that 98% of the time i die, it's due to ignite. I only hardly ever take ignite, i usually take teleport (i main top lane). I have killed just about every top lane champ without ignite, it's a difficult task. but it's a more rewarding feeling than getting a kill with ignite, especially if it's first blood. i took ignite my last couple of games, and OMG it's like free kills. i literally walk into lane, cast an ability or two, then ignite and walk away like a boss. I don't even have to chase, and next thing I know "KILLING SPREE"! It's also a good way to shut down a champ, even if it means suiciding. if there's a champ nobody can shut down, I go all in casting all my abilities and then ignite at the end, and 110% of the time he gets shut down.

the trick to play without ignite, is to play really passive until your enemy gets desperate and tries to tower dive you with ignite. tower does more damage than ignite, so I don't know why in hell they would think they can kill you with ignite. the thing about ignite, it makes people cocky. usually if they have ignite, they pressure the lane a whole lot without paying attention to the gank right behind them. ignite also gets you a kill even if you die, so usually you always get a 1 for 1 trade. i really dislike ignite as a summoner's spell, i personally think it's usually. if the enemy team is heavy on ignite, i usually buy a QSS and bait them when i have low health.

anyways, moral of this thread. can you ask yourself how many kills (without being fed already) have you gotten WITHOUT ignite? is it more or less than what you get with ignite? if it's less, sorry bruh....you have no real skills, you're getting courtesy kills from ignite. if you have more, than you probably shouldn't be using ignite unless you want to hypercarry (which is the reason i take ignite sometimes. when i take ignite i usually go 27/2/8.
