Legit made the enemy team wait 13 minutes because Akali bought items, clicked towards mid, disconnected and died. She legit dc'd before the 30 second mark lol.

why does this have downvotes its actually true, the remake system definitely needs work and can really fuck over a game in say ranked if your teammate reconnects, doesnt even move or do anything than dcs again and now you cant remake and you just lose lp (true story btw, it was norms but its still something that shouldnt happen
