Why do ADC's have the cheapest item path, do the most damage with autos, and have supports?

Can someone explain this to me? This doesn't even cover how they get supports who buy them defensive items like Night's Vow or playmaking items like Zeke's.

do the most damage with autos

What is the point of this exactly? Like no shit? That's like me saying "why do tanks survive the longest" or "why do assassins have burst"

If ADCS were as op as Boards think they are they would be played in every single role and this would be the meta:

Top:Vayne Impossible to reach, has a dash, stealth and her E while she melts you with 3 aa.

JngTwitch Also stealth, free gank at lvl2 with Red. He just rightclicks with his R and gets a penta.

MidXayah she just 2 shots eveyone with Shyv+EReaver, she gets free mana per crit so she never goes oom and has a out of jail ultimate to stop any engage.

BotTristana Most braindead champ of the game, longest jump that ignores CC at the start, she pushes you away with her R and everything she has is rightclick= no skill. And highest range of the game for aa.

SupMissFortune She takes half of your hp with a good bounce and builds ap and lethality to melt your team with only her R, just unfair.

And most important, all their items are cheap as fk + they don't need to land skillshots or anything just rightclick and you win free elo. What can go wrong with this team?

Because they need more items to be viable. It's not just "Add one 2400g item and you matter", it's "add 6000g worth of items and you actually become somewhat relevant".

Because they would be useless otherwise. They are glass cannons, the supports are there to keep them safe. Also they dont have the cheapest item paths, that doesnt make any sense at all. Pretty much all other roles have cheaper paths.

Its because the items on their own dont do anything

So, item 3031 needs Attacks Speed and Crit to be effective. but then item 3086 items need AD to be effective.

So almost every ADC needs 5000g worth of items to hit their first spike, whereas other roles need item 3071 oritem 3147 or item 3285 so other people hit their spike for like 60% of the gold, on one item.

They dont do the most damage, have you ever played this game? Mages always out damage ADC, Tanks can easily take down an ADC, Juggernauts usually 2 hit an ADC, Assassins can 1 shot every fight after one item, Bruisers 1 shot after their item. An ADC cant exist near anyone in this game without a full team that knows what they're doing, or an enemy team full of apes.

And ADC needs support cause without a support, an ADC is useless til 6 items. People act like ADC is the most broken thing in this game when its the furthest thing from true, they need an entire role devoted to helping them early game, or else they get destroyed with little effort.

The boards is like an alternate dimension i swear to god, i have NEVER seen anyone in an actual game say ADC is broken, people still meme about how bad it feels to play, but on the boards, you all act like its 1 shotting everything without counterplay. Settle down with the circle jerk already.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, from a balance perspective, it makes zero sense as to why there’s a single item build that’s more expensive than an adc’s, considering they have the highest ceiling in terms of overall power(aka scaling), this the title “carry”. imo they should reduce bruiser build gold to around 16k and move adc build gold to 17.5 along with the slated statikk nerfs that would make adc’s balanced imo
