Please stop nerfing ryze.
He was already hard to play after the passive gut and now you want to screw him out of more damage? I understand he cant be a monster, but I dont want him to become urgot tier either.

Sorry, but Ryze is overpowered and needs to be put in line.
Ryze is getting a full rework, new kit and appearance and VO and all of that. These nerfs are primarily to bring him in line so he's not overbearing in the pro scene. Think of it as a bandage until the proper work he's due can be shipped out.

He's being nerfed so he doesn't get out of hand before his next rework comes out (by the end of the year, supposedly). In the meantime, he's definitely not underpowered.
Ryze has been always strong in the hands of people that can actually combo him. Seeing Faker to play Ryze is dusgusting...
if he was trash high elos wouldnt play him yet he gets picked to much . he was way over powered in lane. and even worse in team fights.
