Boosted isnt just a problem in plat and diamond, its a problem in low gold elo as well. This is literally unacceptable. This is far FAR worse then just having a bad game, this is literally being boosted and feeding.
Sometimes you just have a really bad game. Maybe you're not doing well on your own, but then you're getting camped hard and your enemy laner is just significantly better than you and everything is lining up perfectly to fuck you over. A quick look at that player's match history suggests that they normally do fine, but they played Kat once in Normals and did fine so decided to take her to Ranked and it did not end up the same way.
Not a booster or int feeder, just a really bad choice and unfortunate circumstance.
