**HI I am Veigar main ...

His stun and summoner 4 are the only two escape options. Stun was nerfed no problem with that Q got buffed a little. Still late game does a lot of damage. So champs like Shaco , Vladimir , Fizz , Ekko when the ult projectile is shot at them they can dodge it easily by getting into untargatable form. The ult gets wasted. So was wondering if anyone else has the same problem. Caitlyn gets the ult cooldown back if something like this happens. No wonder hes strong late game but he need a buff or improvement on his ult projectile or maybe projectile speed. Pardon for my grammar and typing mistakes**

Jeah, its quite anoying and unfair that for example Fizz can evade every attack from Veigar with ease, let alone escape the stun without any sweat since he can jump over it. But Veigar cant outplay him, he cant set the stun so that Fizz WILL get stunned or NEEDS to use flash etc.

At least Veigars R cd should get fully refunded if it doesnt hit. Even through the delay on his W is still the main problem for Veigar.

to my knowledge caits ult doesn't get refund if the projectile is already flying, but i'm not sure.
