If you have played with riot employees you will see there in 99% no chance of toxicity or BM in that game.. so why not riot employees go undercover where they can look up player behavior. I don't know what is the level of toxicity for punishment but they can find a lot of players who needs to be punished if they don't use their riot profiles. I stand up to toxicity and BM and get reported myself for no reason. Many think getting involved into this will get them reported so they stay out of it. Under cover riot guys can reward those who are good examples of summoners and monitor the behavior of toxic players before punishing them.

Rough idea still a lot to be thought on.

A lot of Rioters actually don't have a Riot tag. You may have played with Rioters in the past and had no idea. :o

There was a thread a while back that had a Rioter in a game lobby, he warned the kid to stop being toxic in lobby, warned him to stop being toxic in game - then after the game straight up suspended him. The kid came into forums complaining about "Abuse by Riot employees" and then was given one of the biggest Smites ever... wish i'd saved the thread.

One time a my brother played with a Riot employee. The whole team flamed the Riot Employee (Riot-ian? Rito-ee?) for playing badly and it was so bad that the Riot-ian muted all the flamers.

I bet there are Riot employees that are BAMF flames like Johnny Storm Human Torch flames on the servers as well.

I played with a rioter once during URF, and I built double sorc shoes Mundo for the dank magic pen. Somehow I didn't get banned :/

saying "REPORTED" when someone does something you dont like doesnt count as standing up against toxicity.
