There is just So much Wrong with her Balance, It's just Retarded, The Developers are admittingly Scared She's Game breaking to the point where they are Gutting all of her abilities and making her Rely on her Linear passive Design.
I've read the Reasons for the Developers Change in Eve, and it's because their scared of her and Public Opinion of her. Here they are saying, Vi Can't control every aspect of her Gank so They give her a Good Ultimate, However Eve can Patiently Wait for a good opportunity Quietly in the bush for a good opportunity.
If these Deve's where any good at all, they would Know how precious Time is as Eve for one thing Farming her Own Jg is a challenge, so Experience is always needing to be farmed wherever we can get it, Assists Do not grant a Good reward so I can't Catch up to Top lane or midlanes power. If You sit in lane too long, Waiting for the perfect time to Strike, your Lane buddy isn't gratefull, he's fucking pissed, He doesn't want you there. Your a Drain on his Exp, and ruining both of your potential in team fights later and since Every Midlaner Except maybe Veigar can Escape between flash and whatever Zed Like teleport they have (remembering there long range) Good Fucking Luck.

Gut Her passive if your so fucking pissed by it, and Stop pretending it's her passive You don't Like her because you Didn't Create her, you Ripped her Entire Kit/design from The Game Ragnarok to get a few koreans playing and now you Regret it, Theres nobody on your Dev team Who loves her, or feels she's their baby and that's Hurting the Game and her Kit. so Fucking just Rework her stop pissing us around. She's a Hybrid now So let her Be one or Don't choose do you want her to be Magic Physical Tanky Both or all three if the Answer is all three or both that means she can top lane, Make it Viable to be Viable that means she needs Sustain You gave her that Sustain Awesome, however You took away her Poke with patch with Hatespike so laneing isn't possible anymore and nobody wants a Warrior without CC so Keep her from being a tempting Top Pick or give her CC if the answer is Mage she's an assassin Keep her a 100 to 0 Mage not a 10% to 0 like she is when she Ganks right now you guys deal in Dream situations where Eve is going in there the same Level, she's the Jungler that's not the case she's always going to be a few levels behind until around level 12

Hell even the Ninja gets a dive from invisibility she has No mobility outside of her passive, you guys make avoiding wards sound like such a Big Deal but Who's got the Time to sit their out of Jungle Not earning any Exp with your thumb up the ass waiting for the Perfect Opportunity for me to Rely on my team mate to finish the job.

I win Eve games, by Poking, I just hit level 2 from red, and Side swipe top down 20%hp, followed by mid by 20%hp and then go back to the Jg because hey With these changes that's the best help you can Give. I have to believe in my allies ability to win trades from that point, because nobody is going to get to scream timber, and you would Think she would be a better counter jungler, but she doesn't have the Oomph to Kill other Junglers, I'm sure that's done on purpose so she doesn't feel like a massive Bully to the Enemy jungler. Because hey, if wards can't see you comming, that must mean she should be incapable of winning a 1v1 fight right ?
Well ok that's fair, but why the Fuck Can't I at full Hp kill a Jungler who is at 30% hp and has Red buff slapping em in the ass at the same time. but while I do Red buff it slaps my ass to 20%hp and I have to back.

Take it from someone who has mained Eve for over a year This is Not Fair gameplay for anybody it's Broken on all sides of the fence. all this because Riot is too scared without Vision, Yet I don't see getting any nerfs and he blinds the whole fucking map, Gets CC and has plenty of escape.
