Do not abandon your minion wave to have a team fight under enemy turrets just because you have baron.

To be fair, Baron buff used to be insane. If you engaged someone with Baron, you were almost guaranteed to lose unless you were incredibly fed or had a lot of CC.

Now Baron is all about minions, pushing and the recall. Sometimes I still forget it's not as strong as it used to be.
