I play at 12+ FPS and yet I'm better than Others?

I recently found that my friends who have godly computer get something around 80+ FPS while i'm sitting here with only 20 neutral and 12+ when in combat. I find this somewhat annoying but tolerable. When I went on the internet I found that even at 30 FPS, a lot of players can't stand it. And no, I'm not some scrub who thinks he;s some god. But I did some how achieve level 7 Thresh. I got to level 6 and 7 within 3 days after getting my first token of level 6. I'm just wondering what FPS you guys would find tolerable and what you would die to have, and also what you would quit if you had to have. I'd find 30 FPS tolerable, 50+ FPS godly, and 5 FPS stupid but playable. What do you guys think?

5 FPS should be completely impossible to play at. You would literally be hitting the keys blind of in combat movement.

I think that 20 fps is the minimum for me. I play an average of 25 FPS, and I am not going to mention what I think of people who want (feel as if they need) more than 30 FPS. Even if this part doesn't prove true, it works fine.

I used to play on a consistent 20 fps and everything looks perfectly fine.

People nowadays especially with "better PCs" aren't used to the slow fraps.
