New PROJECT: DISRUPTION Skins for 2016? Thoughts on who deserves the skin and who doesn't!

So, three new project skins have been teased. Currently people are pretty sure they're Ekko, Kat, and Ashe. I love the fact that there are new project skins, but I feel like only one of these champions deserve the Project skins. Ekko. Kat would make a little bit of sense, but she already has a fair amount of skins already. Ashe, well, no. She just doesn't really fit the description. I would like to talk about a few things about these champs and why other champs would be a better choice. First we need to know a little about the Project skin line. One is that they're all human champions, so no Rengar skin there. We also know that they all use a weapon of some sort, whether it be a gun or sword. So Champions without such things are not included. Another thing I find about the current Project skins is that they all have some sort of movement, or ability to move faster.

  1. Master Yi has his Ult, which makes him run faster and have higher attack speed.
  2. Fiora has her Q, her lunge.
  3. Lucian has his E, which is a small dash.
  4. Yasuo has his E, which allows him to dash through enemy entities.
  5. Zed has his W, his shadow which he can teleport to, and also his Ult's shadow.
  6. And finally Leona has her E, which shoots out a sword and if hit, she'll dash to the enemy champion.

After all this, Ekko would be a perfect match. He is, obviously, human. His E is a short roll and will basically teleport on his next basic attack. Not only that, but his ult allows him to teleport to his past area. Not only that, but his passive gives him some movement speed as well. Kat and Ashe are both human, but aren't too big in the movement area. Kat has her E, her shunpo, but she still moves extremely slow otherwise. She'd be a closer match to Zed, considering he has his shadow. Kat fits the description quite well, and seeing as she still doesn't have an epic skin (I think), having a project skin would be nice. Kat is on a 50/50 plate for me on the Project skin. But Ashe is just a no go for me. Sure, human, but absolutely zero movement speed. Sure, she can slow enemy champions, but it doesn't change how fast she goes. Not only that but I feel like the Project skins are ones that are more into the fight than Ashe. She mainly stays in the back and shoots away.

Now, the champions I think deserve the skin much, much more are_** Riven **_(definitely) and the others are iffy, but still better than Ashe and Kat. Those champions would be Azir, Draven, and Xin Zhoa.

  1. Riven would most definetely fit the description. She uses a sword, and she is extremely mobile. Her Q and her E make her extremely mobile, and her Ult increases her attack speed.
  2. Azir would only be iffy because of who he actually is. At the moment, he isn't actually human. I'm not actually sure what he is, but he used to be human anyways. But otherwise, he would be pretty good for a Project skin, as he has his dash (His E), and also uses a weapon.
  3. Draven would be a good Project skin too. For one, he is human and his weapon is big and easily visible. His W gives hime movement speed and if used correctly, he moves pretty fast.
  4. Xin Zhoa would be an awesome Project skin. He is human, uses a weapon, and he has a dash too (his E) and he can attack faster with his W.

So what do you guys think? Agree with me? Think I'm stupid? Who do you think deserves a Project skin and why? Post what you think!

P.S. Main reason I don't want a Project Kat skin is because more people are going to be encouraged to play her. And we really don't need anymore Kat mains. Thanks.

First of all, Xin Zhao. Just... Xin Zhao. Not Zhoa.

Second, trends do not equate to limits, I mean next patch we're getting 3 pool party skins when the previous two times they were released it was five at a time, so trends are not enough to make a basis on who should and should not qualify for anything.

On the basis of the champions being human, for one it's arguable if Zed or Leona are even truly human anymore, with Leona being a Celestial Aspect (and how much human or not one of them are has yet to be explained at this point), and Zed being such a mystery that we can't even be sure if there is a human in that armor of his or just some living shadow within (it would explain why such techniques were forbidden, but this is just theorycrafting and beside the point anyways).

The movement trend has more weight to it but again, if it is believed that Ashe would be a member of the Project Skin line, then it would be just that: a trend.

Honestly, the only thing I could say about the Project Skin line is that the champions can make the most of flashy special effects. To that end, I think Kat, Ekko, and Ashe have that covered with distinctive abilities (Katarina's ultimate flinging out a lot of blades and spinning quickly as well as her teleport, Ashe with her arrow volley and her global arrow shot, Ekko with pretty much everything he does).

Edit: Also, your point on Katarina mains is actually backwards: people who would start playing Katarina for the new skin are likely not to be Katarina mains, instead they would be people who want to play the champion for the skin and not for the champion themselves. A resurgence of Kats would likely occur, but most of them would be horrible and not have any idea of what they are doing.

If anything, I would think that people would complain that Katarina would start getting banned for appearing more in games, and even then all because of a skin.

Ambition- Project Diana you can tell by the weapon and the qoute "We All bear the scar of our action" she has a scar on her face.

Freedom- Ekko base on Kid do you copy

Unity- Ashe like come on that a bow and ashe alway say " we will unity the frejlord (i probably spell that wrong =P)
