Promos are really win 3/4

IMO, you should have to win 1/2 to win your promo, because you HAVE to win one to get into series in the first place. Due to the common occurrence of trolls and AFK's in lower ranks, you should win more then half if you are good enough to rank up, but you shouldn't have to win 75% of your games to.
