Mordekaiser.

Would it be okay that maybe mordekaiser's W could give him at least half of the w movespeed buff on himself? He has no crowd control and it's very hard to stick to champions as mordekaiser if they have any form of slow or even just a movement speed buff. I understand no cc on him cause that would be broken with his current ratios, but the only time I can really punish someone is if they misposition and I want to make an aggressive play with Mordekaiser. I don't want to sit and react to someone going a little too far out to maybe do something. I don't expect the entire 60 flat move speed cause that'd be broken. I also know he's due for a rework but maybe to make him just a little bit more playable until that rework finally happens.
