I think for Darius to be changed more over with his q mana cost nerf on the PBE, maybe make it so his passive bleed effect doesn't proc The Black Cleaver's move speed. Since he's supposed to be not as mobile as other champs seeing as he's a juggernaut, taking away a bit of his mobility might be a step in the right direction.
Cleaver gives 20 movespeed and even without his bleed, it'd probably be up a majority of the time. Also, he doesn't have any dashes, built in speed boosts and he has really low MS. For a melee champion with limited CC, that's pretty darn immobile. I think he'll be fine with the mana costs, tbh I knew he would get nerfed after riot's hotfix buff. They should've left the heal alone on his axe and instead just buffed the damage, or even just left him alone.
