Cinderhulk doesn't work on mordekaiser

I was sitting at my computer and I was thinking "mordekaiser jungle?" and i created a custom game to test it out then i built stalkers blade with cinderhulk and the buff of bamis cinder wasn't on my buff bar and nor did it create the sunfire cape active.
