PrometheS2 votesThey broke Kog's early game. I don't think they remembered why they put AS on Q to begin with. It was a way of gating his power by levels. Now, he gets almost old level 18 power at level 9.
I think we'd all be much happier with Kog sucking early and being super strong late rather than decent early, good mid game and good late.
