Please remove the delay on Darius's Q Riot

As someone who has been playing Darius for well over two years, and someone who considers him his "go to" champ when playing league, I really was nervous about the Darius update. I understand that the goal is to take away from some of that "overkill" lane bully power he has, and add more to his team fight and late game power. And I feel that generally that is what will happen once it hits live. But after playing on the PBE for some time with the new Darius the Q delay is the BIGGEST issue I have with his rework, and I feel should not hit live without being taken away.

The Q delay takes away his only really harass and any real hope he has to deal with someone who can poke him. It is too easy for the enemy to get out of the Q range and if you are chasing to try and get them in it, you can find yourself creating bad situations overextending just trying to poke. Even worse is the fact that he cannot auto, or even use his pull while the Q is charging up. His lane match ups against ranged champs in top were usually bad. But with the right amount effort they could become manageable. But these Q changes will make it impossible to even hope to give any sort of trade to the ranged champs.

Everything else about him that was changed I can personally understand. The changes to his W and passive and fixing the E bug are all things that in the long run with help Darius. But the Q delay adds too much negative to his kit, and I REALLY hope gets fixed. Thanks for reading and any feel free to add any feedback you see fit.
