Blitzcranks new slow with boots of swiftness?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but has has anyone had the chance to test if blitzcranks slow with his new W is reduced if he buys boots of swiftness? I know he is doing it to himself, but it wasn't sure what happens 100% Thanks for any replys.
