Any chance of the new champ select coming to blind pick?

Really not a fan of the new champ select. As someone who mostly used teambuilder I liked the chance to get mirror matches and don't like that normal matches feel like i'm playing ranked with being pressured by teammates to counterpick and having to ban champs. Anyone have any updates on Riot's stance on this new selection on blind pick? I would ideally want to pick my role that's why I played team builder but I don't want to be able to see who they are playing so it actually feels like a normals game and not ranked. Sorry if this has been asked before!

They said they would get a blind queue up and running eventually, is the short answer. I don't have a link to prove it, but that's the word on the street.

A lot of people are still upset, because they think it should've been at the same time... but this is what we have now. I think a blind queue is imminent.
