Provide health regen and have an active with 120 seconds cooldown that give the same effect as a potion to all allies nearby.

So that all supports can be as annoying as Soraka? i hope not, i see where you're coming from and as a tank support main i would love to have more ways to better care for my AD, but being able to be an aggro tank support that can also provide the AD with extra regen outside of my kit can get pretty busted outside of high elo where the safety of the laning phase is what decides the outcome of most matches in terms of the bot lane match ups. [just my personal opinions though]
