Cannot Read Patch Notes Older than patch 9.18

It really ticks me when I am trying to look at past patch notes to see what champions have been changed with the context of why they changed the items or champions or the comments in there and every time I try to look at old patch notes (or even champion articles such as the subclasses) it only redirects me to the patch notes pages and it does not go farther than 9.18 which really ticks me off. If feels like Riot is trying to close off the old patch notes and it feels like they don't really want people to know the context of the old patch notes and force us to go to the wiki sites to look through them.

Please fix/re-add the older patch notes as soon as possible, I am one of those people who like reading the old patch notes from time to time.
