@Meddler Will Kindred be receiving any buffs soon?

Earlier there were PBE buffs that were given to Kindred around August or September (around the time Nunu got his PBE Buffs) but that was reverted. It has been a couple of months since then and I remember you said around preseason that Kindred could get some changes but so far there aren't any changes to Kindred. So how come Kindred is not getting any buffs?
