Feature request: limit smite one per team(trolls useSmite to take camps and destroy my farming/gold)

Its really an unnecessary thing in league of legends that even if i'm jungle someone else is allowed to take smite and ruin my game and troll me.

this should stop duo jungle trolls and many terms of trolling in particular. Besides why would mid need smite instead of ignite/top instead of teleport/adc instead of heal/support doesn't take farm with smite again that is def trolling its fit for the jungle only.

When someone calls "jg" add a detection for this so it can block who didnt call jg from using smite. I don't really know how this would work but it would stop people from simply trolling. i think it should be greyed out for others if i call jg first. Also: you should have buttons at the start of normal blind pick for players to choose roles like a button for jungle will mark me with that role!
