Good Thought of how to make master yi 100% viable? again

The meta is shifting away from Yi each season but i think i have a solution to him. Right now, either he gets kills and snowballs(low elo mostly) or is counter jungled and cant do much for the team but take jungle camps all game.(diamond) Here is my tips

passive: double strike changed: Yi deals 12.5% ad for 4 attacks for 50% total has a static cooldown of 2 seconds this insures he can us it when ever while not being overly op stats Less ad growth stat more base ad

Q:alpha strike Yi goes untargetable for 1 second after he blinks to the target granting him 20 lethality and decaying 30% attack speed for 3 seconds

Also deals 100/115/130/160/200(80% ad)(100% of attack speed%)(crits for normal) Cooldown of q: 10/7/6/5/3

Without aa resetting q it must have a small base cd.

w: Casting w removes stuns and any form of cc but keeps a pose in which he meditate restoring 9% of missing hp per sec for 4 seconds has to heal low to compensate for the cc removal he also gains 20/30/40/50/55 life on hit after atleast 2 sec meditating for 6 sec and has 5% dmg reduction aswell and 1% bonus mr and armor

e: Wuju style grants true damage on hit that also deals % hp dmg on hit aswell 20/30/40/50/65(10% tAD)(20% ap) 2-5% hp Like kogmaw! doesnt grant extra ad to compensate

r High lander master yi gains 5 gap closers that deal 100/150/180(30% ad) If a target dies within 3 seconds of being attacked by highlander it grants half charge! This rewards yi for using it on the right person(to assassinate)

one highlander charge every 10 seconds max 5 charges
