teemo's blind you know the bane of every adc

He's just toxic in general: His best playstyle is being a split pusher and he has way too many tools to do that well and safely (not to mention his shrooms basically win the vision war), and his blind dart has no counterplay on top of dealing high damage.

ADC function best when they can lifesteal from a target that cant instagib them. With the nerfs to armor you have more Bruisers/assassins which will invalidate any adc without a dash again.
Because it will go from: protect the carry ------> kill the carry
