Matchmaking ranked problem that's 24/7.

We all know some summoners take this game way too seriously. I'm competitive as well, but something must be done or change to benefit all summoners. I'm pretty much annoyed with smurf accounts or a diamond player going on his friends bronze account just to murder other newer players. It ruins the balance of the game when this happens. I wish we can change the surrender time @ 5-10mins in. This pretty much means NO IP, Theirs a high skilled player on the opposing team which the team getting murder can end it faster by surrendering or just a toxic constant feeder. If we can get these players to adapt (which will take forever) or banned them somehow the matchmaking will become more stabilized. I'm just sick in tired of having a game loop-sided when your already losing due to a enemy smurf or a aggressive feeder on your team.

Topics to discuss as well: Main: Change the surrender time! Leavers or trolls. Continue too decrease IP if persists( lose IP boost for those who have bought it! (idc if i was a 50 win boost it's GONE!) Make Solo RANKED (FREE FOR ALL) In ARAM, DOMINION & SR which just cut off the duo partners.. Add Champion Mastery to ARAM & too Custom Games which it's offline(No Ip) for practice purposes How to know who's a Feeder!

We summoners who are trying to go higher up in the tiers. We learn from our mistakes. WE know WHY we died. Going 2 vs1 on bot lane is just plain suicide. A constant summoner @ top lane playing towards the enemy advantage(playing too agressively) Riven & Draven(or that other guy). The summoners that are in the same boat as me see this 24/7 & to think the guy complains about soso being broken.

This is why my team can't win Ranked games or Normal games.

I'm going to get yell @ for saying no duo partners in rank, but clearly you can team up in custom games to earn IP instead of ruining other players games in ranked because of your friend who's in Tier Diamond.
