This game has become too damage based.

I'm uninstalling this game for now, because it's become too damage based. ADC are all about AS DPS(damage per second), where anyone with less AS can still out DPS. The rune system is failing & the new masteries system makes this situation a whole lot worse. My favorite champion Kindred can't do anything anymore due to the damage output overall.

So yea I said my piece, but i will still Roam the forums, just not playing this game no more until it changes back to reality.

So long kids enjoy the torment, i can't stand it. [slayer-jinx-wink]

With the explanation you have given, it seems to me that you are playing the game with a mindset of, 'i cannot outdamage their ADC with my Kindred, this game sucks.' The current meta puts certain champions into certain lanes depending on their design. Kindred is no bot lane AD carry, she was not designed to face off vs AD carries. An AD carry is a champion that has range, builds AD, and relies on AA to get the damage done. Give or take, some champions vary slightly and utilize abilities more than others. But Kindred was designed for the Jungle. She gets marks off big creeps, and she has built-in sustain. Her ult is 100% utility. Her ult is not a killing blow like Cait, Jinx or Ezreal. Yes, she can do chunks on 3rd AA but that is not comparable to Vayne. Her slow was designed for ganking purposes, as she need some sort of CC when arriving to gank. Kindred was designed to be a Jungler. You can take her into other lanes and make her fill other roles, and you may do well. However, the current metagame does not scream 'KINDRED ADC IS OP', like some other AD carries.

So yes, if you play Kindred AD carry, you may get outdamaged by champions that were designed to be AD carries.

Yea i'm truly sorry but you don't need to explain shit I already know since Kindred is my main JG even if I come back.

I think what you don't understand is Kindred is extremely viable and even a contested pick in professional play for other reasons than damage. If you want to play champions similar to Kindred's playstyle that have strengths mostly centered around dealing damage, play Vayne and Kalista

The kite-mage counterpart is Ahri

Just with this, argument so invalid right now not even considering the fact that League of Legends is 100 more macro-components more than "which team can deal more damage to champions." One argument against yours for every marco play mechanic.

Kindred, if played right, is one of the best junglers right now.

Ok kids listen up. This is example of a bad team comp. Irelia KindredCassiopeia Bard Ashe? (Yea who the hell is the tank) Facing Darius Jax Malzahar Tristana Nautilus.

This goes for any JG ADC the others Vayne Graves if no tank on their team they will lose its that simple, so risky going jg kindred most of the time.

The first is actually a pretty decent pick comp if used correctly. The second seems like a decent enough hard engage comp. There is actually nothing wrong here aside from the fact that one team went a pick comp into a hard engage comp instead of just filling out the roster for a counter engage comp.

The real issue in solo queue is the first comp will require way more synergy in ability usage / coordinating fights than the second comp which just wants to engage and delete. Synergy is hard to obtain in solo queue.

If the first team chose Janna instead of bard and something like Lissandra top lane it'd be a good counter engage comp. Oh, and something like Sivir or Kalista adc would be much better than the Ashe. They'd have the extra disengage / control to shutdown the other team trying to just tie everything up in fights.

The second team would be better off with another initiator top lane (Malphite, Sion, Poppy, etc) and a stronger initiator in jungle (Amumu, Gragas, Wukong, and the top lane champs I listed). The idea behind that comp is engage -> secondary engage -> follow up and delete. Mal'zahar is a decent choice if the top and jungler have plenty of aoe cc but in general something like Orianna, Lux, Morgana, or Ahri would provide more (High damage / Utility to make the engages even more obnoxious).

Bro none of that matters in soloq. In soloq you are not losing cause of teamcomps.

The First comp is still squishy asf which Darius & Jax can easily snowball once fed.

To be fair I faced kennen top as mord. He rushed item 1055 item 3124 and I couldn't farm under tower for shit despite buying plenty of pots Mr, and lifesteal with armor later on. Had defensive mastery/strength of ages. I guess I could be survived better with more scaling armor and bit better points in mastery, but sheesh it was a struggle. I didn't feed him at least not much tried to farm enough to stay relevant. I also now realize mord has crap health regen after the fact. But tried to make most of passive.

I do think the legendary mastery sucks in lane in its current form. Especially since strength of ages takes a bit to kick in. Precision mastery hurts a lot, and thunderstrike is strong early game.

Maybe late game tankyness works but early game is a struggle.

Regardless of Mordekaiser based stats your facing a poke champion that can easily bend the lane @ his will. Kennen with thunderlords you will truly be @ a disadvantage

Title is true, explanation is weird af. Kindred even BENEFITS from a game where there is too much damage, since her ult is basically offering an aoe Trynd ult to whoever's inside it. Everybody oneshooting everybody is cool for Kindred, she saves her allies and kills ennemies. Also she's currently pretty decent.

Corki vs Kindred i don't need to tell you who wins this as ADC at bot lane, especially since her farm would be significant more than the jg camps, but lacking the buff, but in the end Kindred JG, Kindred ADC balances herself out.
