I think 12 minute marker would be an appropriate place for people to make the decision for whether or not they want to continue with the game. Often in twisted treeline you have folks who who end up leaving the game for one reason or another. There are also other various issues and since the overall game time is noticeably shorter and the game tends to be decided quicker it only seems appropriate.
