make surrender at 10 on 3v3

They can't even make it for ARAM!

Surrender should be able at 8th min in blind 5v5. Whats the point being punished draging thrugh pointless game if 1-2 ppl afk and 1 desides to troll and say NO. You can report ppl for afk but that dosn`t decrese games with ppl afk. I heave played games where you can just quit without penalty and those games heave MUTCH dinamic gaming expiereance than sitting through shitty match.
