What is fair about autofill in ranked games?
I was genuinely surprised last season when Riot attacked the ranked integrity by removing solo queue. It became quite dumb for a while and people were angry. I didn't think Riot could one up themselves after this, but they are able to prove me wrong with the new ranked system. Forced autofill in ranked. We got rito'd again.
So I put up a troll post to riot about a certain game where 2 of us were rito'd by riot and put in autofill.

Decided to send a troll tweet, thinking they wouldn't really try to tackle this issue. Then they responded with something that changed my interest from a troll post to now genuinely curious.

It's not unfair? I can only think of 3 scenarios in which this is not unfair.
1.) Does the matchmaking system check to see how many players are rito'd? If we had 2 rito'd players, is it checking to make sure the other team has 2 rito'd players as well? And even if it's 2v2 rito'd players. Are they themselves equal? If team A has a rito'd player that is absolute garbage at the other 3 roles while team B's rito'd players are decent jack of all trades, is that fair?
2.) Does the rito'd team get more LP per wins or lose less LP per losses for being rito'd? And even if that's the case, that means I'm most likely losing cause my team's rito'd and have to sit through 20 minutes for a net worth of losing lp, big or small. I have to sit through it.
Or 3 and what I likely believe more) They just blew me off cause they had no answer.
Hoping a red / riot member can help clarify this for me. Or if any other players know what steps they took to make autofill in ranked stay competitive that I may have missed.
