Illaoi Minor Buff
A nice little (balanced) buff would be to shorten her ult animation by something around a 1/4 to a 1/3 of a second.

Once in a while when you hit e and have a tentacle nearby it simply doesn't swing at it immediately. Instead I have to use w to hit the spirit and then the tentacle will swing twice in a row, once for the first w and then again by itself as if it forgot it was supposed to do the first swing already.

If no, then you're playing Morde (only champ with no mobility or hard CC) and can tank through it for a second, long enough to simply walk out, being hit 1 or fewer times.
If you do have mobility, walk out, and avoid every tentacle.
If you have hard CC, use it on her, and walk away.
If you get hit by more than 1 swing after Illaoi ults, you were CCed by her team, or you misplayed.
