Riot Support should be able to nullify unfair LP losses

We all agree that SOLO Q is unfair for a variety of reasons.

-The matchmaking is never 50/50 (although it's supposed and is also trying to be that way). -AFK players are a thing, and that just really sucks when it happens, you can't do anything about it. -Troll players, be it because they're smurfing, because they don't care, because they don't like a certain player in the same game, or just because they want to just straight up troll. -Bugs (Unintentional Disconnections). -Wintrading.

I've been told by the Riot Support before that they are unable to give LP back to people no matter what.

I think this is not right, I think, if a ticket is sent, and the reason for the loss was 100% unfair to the Rioter's judgement, he should be able to restore, or nullify the loss for everyone but the cause (if the cause is a player).

I personally think that the report system, although it works most of the time, it's not enough. I think by doing this, we would be fixing a lot of the toxicity in league.

No more losing LP because someone ran it down. No more losing LP because someone rage quitted at lvl 2 after a death. No more losing LP because people disconnected due to a bug.

If the causal are met and the victim/victims send a ticket with enough information provided, the Riot Support SHOULD be able to do something about it.

What do you think?

PD: I had this idea because once I was unfairly sanctioned (4 premades decided to all report me and lie to the enemy to report me too, which resulted in chat restriction, which made my honor go down to 0), so I sent a ticket and spoke to someone in the Riot Support, who saw how my sanction was unfair, given that nothing was true, and restored my honor level, just like that.

That would be extremely nice but the reality is not that simple. There are millions of players playing the game and if you play enough games per day, you can see this kind of behavior daily. The amount of tickets would be overwhelming and Riot doesn't have the manpower to deal with that. The only thing they COULD do is make the automated system give your LP and mmr back to you if a player who inted/trolled in your game got punished.

There is no point in trying to lie to us. Everyone in the match could report you and you still wouldn't get punished if you didn't break the rules. One report is just as powerful as 9 reports. There is no difference since reports are not the thing that get people punished. A report only triggers an investigation on the player by the automated system. If the system then sees that the player did actually break the rules, it punishes the player. If it doesn't see any rule breaking, it ignores the reports.

I bet the downvoters are lazy Rioters who don't want to do this.

This post reeks of entitlement. We all get feeders, inters, afks, trolls, shitheads and r%%%%%s. You're not special in this regard. SoloQ over all is not unfair. Individual matches are often unfair but you will win just as many as you lose due to that unfairness. Report the feeders, move on and quit complaining.

How would you feel if you masterfully outplayed your lane opponent, going 4-0 then you skillfully use that lead to single handedly win another lane and eventually dominate and win the game only for Riot to tell you, "sorry, the match was unfair. We can't give you that LP". Get outta here with that shit.
