I Want Riven to not be Perma-banned Anymore

I want to stop banning her every single game, she's been top#1 in the Toplane for months and top#2 overall atm and I don't see any future changes whatsoever, I just want to have more options to ban but if Riven stays there there's literally no other better ban than her, specially as a player who only plays immobile Toplaners.

I get it, she's popular, but she's not going to be less popular if she's not in the top#3 for a couple months, right? Maybe just gut the Conq rune, imo that's been the problem all along, that's the problem with these Hecarims Toplane as well.

PEOPLE its not the fking rune..... its how fast she can proc it NOTHING ELSE. if she wasnt able to spam the keyboard and get that crap up before most champs can swing one auto, would be alright, for starters Q should only count as one proc, not three, should ONLY get a sheild if she dashes at you, also all her dashes need to be based on her MS on how fast they go. OR CD on her Q starts once the last Q has been used NOT after the first Q press (really annoying).. THEN MAYBE she wont be utter bullshit, still stupid though not to the point where she can shitroll everyone else with 1/10th a functioning brain

Or simply just nerf her. She's gained a boatload of more stats on top of other non-direct changes benefiting her since S7, and those completely affect the strength of her kit. The massive influx of AD stats for the early game just not only makes up for her cooldowns, but gives her a net positive. And with how easy CDR is just handed out means her cd weakness is less apparent now.

they are not going to nerf it becasue if they do nerf it al lteh other damage runes they have are going to feel even more out of hand. Legit they need to make it have 1 stat not 2 it should only give true damage and thats it. and honestly boom balanced 10% true damage balanced right the fuck there instead of having a vampiric at lvl 1

Why? You are in an ideal situation. You know which champ is the worst for you to play against and you can ban it. I have to choose among 8 equally cancer/op champions to ban only one. If Riven is more of an issue for you than any other champion then you can use your ban optimally.
