Vi's Q ability
It says for the first cast and second cast. But I've never seen more than one cast.
What does that mean and how do I use it?

preternatural1 votesfirst cast is when she charges up, second cast is when she actually does the punch depending on your settings preference that's either pressing q twice, or holding q and releasing it to get the second cast.

With the ult, do I have to charge it up? I find that it doesnt work about half the time.
