Report feature for champ select

So over the past few days I've have at least 3 lobbies that have been controlled by someone trolling the champ select. They get their role or they threaten to feed. It's extremely toxic for queue'ing and it kind of makes people going into the game with that guy go on tilt. We really need some way to deal with people like this. Maybe not a voting system but something. Just my opinion. I'm a tired of people holding champ select hostage.
