Am I Crazy?

Are Lifesteal Marks gone?? Were there Lifesteal Marks to begin with??

For the longest time I was under the assumption that I owned Lifesteal Marks and just didn't use them, "because they got nerfed/are bad". Well, I decided I wanted to try experimenting with a build, and I couldn't find the runes I thought I had? Like, I swear I thought I remembered buying them late season 4, but I can't find mention of ACTUAL LS Marks ever existing. This feels like the Mandala effect goin' on here.

I guess my question is: Did they ever exist? And if they did, did Riot remove them? I just need someone to tell me I'm wrong so I stop feeling crazy.
