i actually do very well i beat akali i push all the way to there inhib turret and STILL lose how do you win?

practice dosent work any more you can still do well and attempt to carry and still lose hard

im becoming soooo damn frustrated at this game even when i take breaks and come back its the same ol story over and over again i cant even get out of bronze now god forbid i win a game and start getting thrown against people who are smurfs or a way higher damn rank than my self idk what to do any more man i just dont know

You avoid being the cause for a loss and make as much positive impact as consistently as possible. Human behavior is a thing, some times people are very bad or just want to lose because of crappy attitudes.

If your solid you have better odds to not get the worst player on your team. I believe its 11.11% favored but I had the wrong number an embarrassingly long time. 1 slot is you. so 4 slots are teammates and 5 are enemy's. 1 slot out of 9 = 11.11% So.... pretty shure I got it right now.

Frustration only fucks you over. Be tilt proof as possible and when it gets to you don't que for a new match till your back in form and ready to play to win with out letting irritation tilt you into a stupid loss streak.

Also remember there is a bunch of children who play this game so don't count on maturity in teammates. Rely on your self to win as many winnable games as possible and aim for constructive communication with teammates to focus on winning a match.
